“Before the K-pop Demon Hunters started hunting down demons, there were pop stars who filled the lives of MTV kids. I wanted to portray the nostalgic memories of us enjoying the performances of our favourite singers, and how those moments gently lead into the present—where music continues to inspire, motivate, and nourish our lives.”

Zoey Kim (@zzoeykimm) is an illustrator from South Korea. She loves drawing subjects in a blurred, fuzzy texture that gives her artwork a soft and warm feeling. Her favorite time of day to draw is very late at night, with her cat Dobby curled up beside her.
